This Privacy Policy describes how Our App ("the App"), developed by Bozhu Li ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy applies to all apps published by Bozhu Li on the Apple App Store (collectively, "our Apps"). Where relevant, this policy covers both free and paid versions of our Apps.

For these Apps, the only data collection that may occur is through third-party advertising SDKs (if the App is ad-supported) and Apple's built-in crash reporting. You can check each App's specific data practices on its App Store product page under the "App Privacy" section.
Certain core features of the App may require access to specific data or device permissions (such as camera, microphone, photo library, or location) in order to function properly. If you decline to provide necessary data or revoke required permissions, the affected features may become unavailable or may only operate in a limited capacity. The Developer is not liable for any loss of functionality resulting from your decision to withhold permissions or data.
Under the GDPR, where consent is the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, and may result in reduced functionality as described above.

Some of our Apps offer a free version that includes advertisements and/or watermarks on output content. These are clearly presented and are not deceptive. You may remove ads and watermarks by purchasing the premium version or an in-app subscription. Purchasing premium features is entirely voluntary and is not required to use the core functionality of the App.
Ads are served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver and measure the effectiveness of ads. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details:
To improve ad quality, fill rate, and user experience, we may adjust ad partners, mediation settings, ad frequency, ad placement strategy, and non-personalized/personalized ad delivery logic from time to time. These adjustments may be made through app updates and/or server-side configuration where technically feasible.
For clarity, this policy does not guarantee that every advertising-related change can always be completed without an app update. Some changes may still require a new app release due to platform limitations, SDK requirements, compliance obligations, or technical dependencies.
If an advertising change materially affects the categories of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, or the third-party recipients involved, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice and/or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your cross-app activity.
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. If the App uses iCloud synchronization (via CloudKit), your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's security and privacy practices.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. If you use an account-based feature, you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 13).
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to cloud AI providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and advertising networks. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable, changes its terms, or ceases operation, the related features within the App may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruption caused by third-party service changes.
Some of our Apps include features powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning (for example, voice-based transaction recording in FIREprint). When you use these features:

You choose which AI provider to use and provide your own API key. We do not select the provider on your behalf.

You may revoke your consent at any time in the App's settings (Settings → AI Configuration), after which consent will be requested again before any data is sent.

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
If you are using the App from outside the region where our servers or third-party service providers are located, your information may be transferred across international borders. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that any data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
